System Overview
The HY-6000S intelligent overspeed monitoring and protection device is a highly reliable speed monitoring system consisting of speed sensors, independent power supply, and voting output critical shutdown components. Its primary function is to measure and monitor steam turbine speed for protection. When unit speed reaches the set critical trip speed, the system alerts personnel and outputs critical shutdown protection contact signals to control emergency relief valves and close main steam valves, preventing unit damage from overspeed conditions.
