The XJZC-03A/Q Speed/Trip Bolt Monitor measures rotational speed while simultaneously receiving two emergency trip signals. It is designed for the continuous monitoring and measurement of rotational speeds in rotating machinery and records the speeds at which two emergency trip events occur.
Product Overview
The XJZC-03A/Q monitor accepts two channels of discrete (switch) signals from field-mounted trip bolt sensors; a closed contact indicates the bolt has deployed, while an open contact indicates it has not. It can also accept two channels of high-level voltage signals.
Its analog current and alarm contact outputs allow for easy integration with DCS and PLC systems as well as paperless recorders. It is widely used in industries such as power generation, fan manufacturing, steel production, and petrochemicals.
