System Overview
The DWQZ series eddy current sensor system consists of three integrated components: DWQZ probe, DWQZ extension cable, and DWQZ preamplifier, designed specifically for precise differential expansion measurement in steam turbine applications.
DWQZ Series Probes
Each probe assembly includes an inductor, protective cover, stainless steel housing, high-frequency cable, and high-frequency connector.
Available in multiple diameter specifications: Φ 8mm, Φ 11mm, and Φ 25mm to suit various measurement ranges
Flexible installation options: forward installation, reverse installation, and non-threaded configurations
Cable length options: 1m or 0.5m standard lengths
DWQZ Series Extension Cables
Engineered for reliable performance in industrial environments with specialized protection features.
Both ends feature SMA self-locking plugs for secure connections
Oil-resistant protective sleeve prevents contamination from oil-based media
Available in four standard lengths: 4m, 4.5m, 8m, and 8.5m
DWQZ Series Preamplifier
The core processing unit that integrates oscillation, linear detection, filtering, linear compensation, and amplification circuits to complete the sensor system.
