SDJ-501 Shaft Vibration Protection Transmitter
The SDJ-501 is a single-channel speed monitoring and protection transmitter designed for rotating machinery with sliding bearings. This advanced transmitter provides real-time rotational speed measurement and protection for equipment including steam turbines, fans, compressors, motors, and pumps.

Continuous Speed Monitoring System
The SDJ-501 provides online real-time measurement of rotor speed while simultaneously outputting two levels of alarms. This enables early detection and protection of rotating machinery, extending equipment life and reducing maintenance requirements.
Installation & Setup
For units with existing eddy current probe systems, installation involves simple wiring connection and alarm point setting. The measurement point requires a groove engraved on the shaft (minimum 2.5cm deep and 7mm wide) for probe installation.
Factory Pre-Calibrated
All parameters are pre-adjusted and calibrated before leaving the factory. Typically, no further adjustments or calibrations are required after installation - simply connect the corresponding cables for immediate operation.
