SDJ-301 Shaft Vibration Protection Transmitter
The SDJ-301 shaft vibration protection transmitter provides comprehensive monitoring of radial vibration in rotating machinery rotors, measuring shaft vibration, runout, eccentricity, and other critical parameters to detect increased vibration caused by rotor imbalance, misalignment, and loose components.
Key Applications
Ideal for rotating machinery with various sliding bearings including steam turbines, fans, compressors, motors, pumps, and similar industrial equipment.
Measurement Capabilities
Monitors peak-to-peak value of radial vibration (displacement) for precise rotor condition assessment and early fault detection.

Continuous Vibration Monitoring System
This single-channel vibration protection transmitter enables online real-time measurement of rotor shaft radial vibration, outputting peak-to-peak displacement values while providing two-level alarm outputs for early detection and protection of rotating machinery.
The low-frequency option extends measurement capabilities to include turbine runout, steam turbine shaft vibration, and eccentricity parameters, offering simple installation without adjustments and excellent performance-to-price ratio.
Installation & Configuration
Designed for easy installation in original preamplifier locations. For comprehensive monitoring, typically two SDJ-301 transmitters (X and Y directions, spaced 90° apart) are installed near each bearing. Standard dual-bearing rotating machinery requires four vibration transmitters for complete coverage.
