Product Overview

The ZH3000 series eddy current sensors combine advanced performance with component interchangeability, featuring high-density DIN rail insulated mounting brackets that save 50% space compared to traditional screw mounting. Compatible with API 670 (4th edition) standards and certified for hazardous environments with ExiaⅡCT2~T6 explosion-proof ratings.

System Configuration

The ZH3000 eddy current sensor system consists of three main components:

ZH3000 Probe: Available in Φ8mm, Φ11mm, and Φ25mm diameters with 1m or 0.5m cable lengths
ZH3000 Extension Cable: SMA self-locking plugs with oil-proof protection, available in 4m, 4.5m, 8m, and 8.5m lengths
ZH3000 Preamplifier: Core system component with oscillation, detection, filtering, and amplification circuits
