Quantum PLC Module Features

The Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology and is manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in exceptionally high reliability.

The Quantum PLC includes hardware fault self-detection functionality that can promptly alert users to failures. It can be programmed with peripheral component fault self-diagnosis programs in Concept software, providing the entire system with fault self-diagnosis protection beyond just the PLC circuit and equipment.

All modules feature hot-swappable design, allowing maintenance without system downtime, reducing workload and improving serviceability. LED status indicators provide visual feedback of CPU and I/O template channel status for quick maintenance.

The Quantum PLC offers complete supporting facilities with comprehensive functions and strong applicability. Critical systems can be configured with dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supplies, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure safe, continuous operation. The advanced dual-machine hot backup system features simple configuration and convenient operation.

Through two identically configured module sets operating in primary/secondary configuration, the host CPU handles program operations and I/O communications while updating the standby CPU's status and data via the hot standby module. The standby machine monitors the host's operating status and will immediately assume control if the host fails, with switching times shorter than one PLC scan cycle to prevent logic operation disruption.
