Quantum PLC Module Features

The Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in exceptionally high reliability.

The Quantum PLC includes a hardware fault self-detection function that provides timely alarm notifications when failures occur. It can be programmed with peripheral component fault self-diagnosis programs, extending fault protection beyond just the PLC circuit to the entire system.

All modules support hot-swapping without system downtime, significantly reducing maintenance workload. LED status indicators provide visual feedback on CPU and I/O template channel status, enabling quick troubleshooting.

The Quantum PLC offers complete system support with comprehensive functionality and strong adaptability. Critical systems can be configured with dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supplies, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure continuous safe operation.

The advanced dual-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and operation. Two identically configured modules operate in primary/secondary mode, with the secondary module continuously monitoring the primary. In case of primary failure, the secondary immediately takes over within a single PLC scan cycle, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
