Quantum PLC Module Overview

The Quantum PLC module utilizes modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in exceptionally high reliability.

The Quantum PLC features hardware fault self-detection capability, enabling timely alarm notifications for failures. Additionally, it supports programming of peripheral component fault self-diagnosis routines in Concept, providing comprehensive system protection beyond just the PLC circuitry. This results in an overall highly reliable system.

All modules support hot-swapping without system downtime, significantly reducing maintenance workload. LED status indicators provide clear visual feedback on CPU and I/O template channel status, facilitating quick troubleshooting.

The Quantum PLC offers complete system support with comprehensive functionality and strong applicability. Critical systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment employ dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supplies, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure safe, continuous operation.

The advanced dual-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and easy operation. Two identically configured modules operate in primary/secondary mode. Normally, the host CPU handles program execution and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status and data via the hot standby module. The standby unit continuously monitors the host's status and immediately assumes control (within one PLC scan cycle) if the host fails, ensuring uninterrupted logic operations.
