Quantum PLC Module Features

Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in extremely high reliability. Quantum PLC also features hardware fault self-detection, providing timely alarm information when failures occur.

The system can be programmed with peripheral component fault self-diagnosis programs in Concept, giving the entire system (beyond just the PLC circuit and equipment) fault self-diagnosis protection for comprehensive reliability. All modules support hot swapping without system downtime, reducing workload and simplifying maintenance. LED status indicators provide visual feedback on CPU and I/O template channel status for quick troubleshooting.

Quantum PLC offers complete supporting facilities with comprehensive functions and strong applicability. Critical systems like river water intake and condensate fine treatment employ dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supplies, redundant remote I/O, plus dual Ethernet to ensure safe, continuous operation. The advanced dual-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and easy operation.

Through two identically configured module sets forming primary/secondary roles, the host CPU handles program operation and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status/data via the hot standby module. The standby monitors the host's status, immediately switching to host mode (within one PLC scan cycle) if the primary fails, ensuring uninterrupted logic operations.
