Quantum PLC Module Features

The Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, ensuring high reliability. The Quantum PLC includes hardware fault self-detection functionality, enabling timely alarm notifications for failures.

Programming in the Concept of peripheral components allows for fault self-diagnosis programs, providing protection for both the PLC circuit and connected equipment. This comprehensive approach ensures high reliability throughout the entire system. All modules support hot swapping without requiring system shutdown, reducing maintenance workload and improving efficiency.

LED status indicators provide visual feedback for the CPU and I/O template channel status, facilitating quick maintenance. The Quantum PLC offers complete supporting facilities with comprehensive functionality and strong applicability. Critical systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment utilize dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure safe and continuous operation.

The advanced two-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation. Through two identically configured module sets forming primary and secondary systems, the host CPU handles program operations and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status and data via the hot standby module. The standby machine monitors the host's running status and immediately switches to host mode if a failure occurs, with switching time not exceeding one PLC scanning cycle to maintain uninterrupted logic operations.
