Quantum PLC Module Overview

The Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology and is manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in exceptionally high reliability.

The Quantum PLC includes hardware fault self-detection functionality that can promptly alert users to failures. It can be programmed in the Concept of peripheral components for fault self-diagnosis, providing protection for both the PLC circuit and connected equipment, resulting in a highly reliable system.

All modules support hot swapping without requiring system shutdown, reducing maintenance workload. LED status indicators provide visual feedback on CPU and I/O template channel status, enabling quick maintenance.

The Quantum PLC features complete supporting facilities, comprehensive functionality, and strong applicability. Critical systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment utilize dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supplies, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure safe, continuous operation.

The advanced dual-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation. Two identically configured modules operate in primary/secondary mode. Normally, the host CPU handles program operations and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status and data through the hot standby module. The standby machine monitors the host's status and immediately takes over if the host fails, with switching time shorter than one PLC scan cycle to avoid affecting logic operations.
