Quantum PLC Module Features

Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in exceptionally high reliability.

Quantum PLC includes hardware fault self-detection functionality, providing timely alarm notifications for failures. The system can be programmed with peripheral component fault self-diagnosis programs, offering comprehensive protection beyond just the PLC circuit and equipment.

All modules support hot-swapping without requiring system shutdown, reducing maintenance workload. LED status indicators provide visual feedback on CPU and I/O template channel status, enabling quick maintenance.

Quantum PLC offers complete supporting facilities with comprehensive functions and strong applicability. Critical systems feature dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure safe, continuous operation.

The advanced two-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation. Through two identically configured module sets forming primary and secondary units, the system maintains continuous operation with automatic failover in case of primary unit failure, with switching time shorter than one PLC scan cycle.
