Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit adopts advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in very high reliability. Quantum PLC also features hardware fault self-detection, with the ability to provide timely alarm information when failures occur.
It can be programmed in the Concept of peripheral components with fault self-diagnosis programs, enabling the system to obtain fault self-diagnosis protection beyond just the PLC circuit and equipment. This makes the entire system highly reliable. All modules support hot swapping without system downtime, reducing workload and simplifying maintenance. LED status indicators visually display the CPU and I/O template channel status, providing great convenience for quick maintenance.
Quantum PLC features complete supporting facilities, comprehensive functions, and strong applicability. Critical systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment employ dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, plus dual Ethernet to ensure safe and continuous system operation. The advanced two-machine hot-standby system has simple configuration and convenient operation.
Through two identically configured module sets forming primary and secondary units, the host CPU normally handles program operation and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status and data via the hot standby module. The standby machine monitors the host's running status and immediately switches to become the host if the primary fails, with switching time not exceeding one PLC scan cycle, ensuring uninterrupted logic operations.
