Quantum PLC Module Overview

Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in exceptionally high reliability. The Quantum PLC features hardware fault self-detection, providing timely alarm notifications for failures.

Programming in the Concept environment allows for peripheral component fault self-diagnosis, extending protection beyond just the PLC circuit to the entire system. All modules support hot-swapping without system downtime, reducing maintenance workload. LED status indicators provide visual feedback for CPU and I/O template channel status, facilitating quick maintenance.

The Quantum PLC system offers complete functionality with comprehensive support facilities. Critical systems implement dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supplies, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure continuous safe operation. The advanced hot-backup system features simple configuration and operation, with primary and secondary modules maintaining synchronization. During normal operation, the host CPU handles program execution while updating the standby CPU's status. If the host fails, the standby immediately assumes control within a single PLC scan cycle, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
