About Quantum PLC Module

Quantum PLC module uses modern large-scale integrated circuit technology, manufactured through strict production processes. The internal circuit incorporates advanced anti-interference technology, resulting in exceptionally high reliability. Quantum PLC also features hardware fault self-detection, enabling timely alarm notifications for failures.

The system can be programmed in the Concept of peripheral components for fault self-diagnosis, providing protection beyond just the PLC circuit and equipment. This comprehensive approach ensures high reliability throughout the entire system. All modules support hot-swapping without system downtime, reducing workload and simplifying maintenance. LED status indicators provide visual feedback on CPU and I/O template channel status, facilitating quick maintenance.

Quantum PLC offers complete supporting facilities with comprehensive functions and strong applicability. Critical systems such as river water intake and condensate fine treatment utilize dual-machine hot backup, redundant power supply, redundant remote I/O, and dual Ethernet connections to ensure safe, continuous operation. The advanced two-machine hot-standby system features simple configuration and convenient operation. Through two identically configured module sets operating in primary/secondary mode, the host CPU handles program operations and I/O communication while updating the standby CPU's status and data via the hot standby module. The standby machine monitors the host's status and immediately assumes control if the host fails, with switching times shorter than one PLC scan cycle to prevent logic operation disruptions.
