The Burkert 6519 series pilot operated pneumatic solenoid valve (part 137423) is a trusted component from Burkert, a leader in fluid control.

It features a pilot - operated design with a 6014 type pilot valve, using electromagnetic force and pressure differences for switching. Suitable for double - acting or single - acting actuators, it has no constant air consumption.

Constructed durably, the pilot valve comes in 303 stainless steel (1.4305) or brass. The main body options include polyamide (PA), aluminum (ematal - coated), and stainless steel (e.g., 1.4571), handling tough conditions down to - 40 °C. Seals in NBR, PUR, or FPM prevent leaks, enhancing efficiency.

Key specs: 1/4" G threaded port as standard, with NAMUR flange or NPT ports available. Works at 2 - 8 bar. Media temperature ranges from - 10 - 50 °C (up to - 30 - 80 °C with specific materials); ambient temperature is - 40 - 60 °C (aluminum) and - 30 - 60 °C (stainless steel). Electricals: 24V DC, 24 - 230V AC (±10% tolerance) with 2 - 3W power.
