Automatically detect the number and capacity of the intelligent capacitors, and control switching intelligent capacitors on basis of network parameters and settings.
It provided the protections of over-voltage, under-voltage, undercurrent, over-temperature, when the parameter exceeds the setting, the controller will cut off the switched-on capacitor and lock its output, to protect capacitor safely in service and extend its service life.
Comprehensively analyze voltage, current, power factor, and reactive power, in consideration of voltage returned difference, make the control more accurate, and prevent switching shake.
Within the delayed time of switching, it collects the signals of abovementioned parameters from several points, analyze reactive power trend on basis of these parameters, this is to avoid wrong decision that common controller with only one sampling point will happen often, in the case that power factor change much, it can determine the required reactive power and compensating operation (switch on or off) accurately.
Hand/Auto shift function provided, when in Auto position, it can control switching on/off the capacitors according to voltage, load, power factor and shortage of reactive power; if in Hand position, you can switch on/off capacitors by hand, this used to commission the product during ex-works or control the capacitor quickly.
Output under code and circulation, the capacitors with same capacity will be switched in cycle to extend their service life. If the capacity is different, the capacitors will be coded, the controller selects the capacitor with proper capacity to switch on/off dynamically, which can improve the compensation accuracy and reduce the switching times.
