The working principle of an electromagnetic valve is that there is a closed chamber inside the valve, with through holes in different directions, each hole leading to a different oil pipe. By manipulating the movement of the valve body to block or leak different oil discharge holes, and the oil inlet hole is always open, hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes, Then, through the pressure of oil, the piston of the hydraulic cylinder is pushed forward, and the piston moves the piston rod, which then moves the mechanical device. In this way, by manipulating the current of the electromagnet, mechanical motion is controlled.
In fact, based on the temperature, pressure, and other conditions of the medium flowing through it, for example, the pipeline has pressure and the self flow condition has no pressure. The working principle of solenoid valves is different.
For example, in the case of self current, zero voltage startup is required, which means that after being powered on, the entire coil sucks up the gate body.
And for electromagnetic valves under pressure, the coil is energized and a pin inserted into the gate body is sucked out, and the gate body is lifted up with the pressure of the fluid itself.
The difference between these two methods is that in the self flowing state, the electromagnetic valve has a larger volume because the coil needs to suck up the entire gate body, while in the pressurized state, the electromagnetic valve only needs to suck up the pin, so the volume can be relatively small.
