Product Overview

Ash bucket electric heater is used inside ESP ash hopper to prevent ash condensation and hardening, ensuring smooth ash removal. The working principle involves placing metal wire resistance into a metal pipe, with the gap tightly filled with magnesium oxide for excellent thermal conductivity and dielectric properties.

This versatile heater can be bent into any desired form and installed in air channels for air heating, immersed in water or other liquids for liquid heating, or placed directly on solid metal for metal heating.
