ZHJ-402 vibration temperature sensor is combined by two vibration velocity sensors and one temperature sensor. The two vibration sensors are fixed in horizontal and vertical direntions, while the woring of the temperature sensor depends on by Pt-resistor.
The vibration velocity sensor transforms the vibration signalinto eletrical signalon basis of the magnetoelelctric induction principle. It is mainly compased of magnetism circuit system. winding componets, and spring -damper unit. In the shell of the sensor ,two winging are fixed rigidly and an alnico block is suspended by a spring . When the sensor works within the operating frequency range, relative movement between the winding and alnico block happens. As a result ,the winding willcut the magnetic lines so that the inductive electromotive force, i.e. the inductive voltage is generated which is in direct proportion to the shell's vibration velocity.
The temperature sensor makes use of the Pt-resistor's characteristic of resistance varying with the temperature linearly and realizes the temperature measurement.
